EXPERIENCED, SKILLED, DETAILED-ORIENTED WOOD-WORKER RESPONSIBLE FOR FABRICATING COMPONENT PARTS OR ASSEMBLING THE FINISHED PRODUCT ACCORDING TO DESIGN PRINTS, AS WELL AS, INSTALLATION. SECURES AND MAINTAINS CORRECT COMPONENT PARTS AND SUPPLIES REQUIRED FOR THE OPERATION INCLUDING ANY PLATES, STAPLES, FASTENERS, SLIDES ETC.

Day to Day Duties:

• Completes work area setup
• Fits parts together in accordance with the prescribed manner and in accordance with quality standards
• Candidate is self-motivated, can read, interpret instructions, take good notes and take direction with minimal guidance
• Can operate basic machinery (example table-saws) or hand tools (measuring tape, shapers etc.) as required to complete the assembly process
• Ability to cut, assemble & adhere material to a finished product
• Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label and band components/ finished products
• Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
• Completes checklist and reports any issues, problems or concerns
• Maintains production records are accurate and complete as required
• Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards
• Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules and standards of OSHA and company guidelines
• Performs other duties as assignedQualification/ Experience:
• Minimum 3 years' experience assembling components or specialty products
• Requires own set of working tools
• Must be able to work as a team and independently
• Must be able to construct/ build or assemble quality products in a high-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $21.00 per hour
