Customer Advisor (Photography, Sales & Editing) - Amsterdam

At Eyemazy, we use cutting-edge technology to transform the intricate beauty of the human iris into personalized works of art. In just a few minutes, we create stunning, custom-made keepsakes for our customers in-store.

For our location in Amsterdam, we are excited to welcome new Customer Advisors to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the face of Eyemazy, engaging with customers, capturing their iris photos, editing images, offering insights on materials and premium products, processing payments, and supporting various team functions as needed.

This role provides hands-on experience in every aspect of running a fast-paced, thriving Eyemazy business.

What we’re looking for:
We value diverse experience, but specifically, we seek candidates with:

• Retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environment experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, photography, or graphic design (essential!)
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• A track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• A coachable mindset with eagerness to learn and a commitment to excellence
• A reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented “can-do” attitude
• The ability to multitask and assist across functions during peak business times to ensure smooth operations

About the role:
Your primary responsibility will be to process and edit customers' iris images efficiently while maintaining impeccable product quality and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Salary: From €14.90 per hour + holiday allowance + holiday days + bonus + employee discount + great coffee + fun team outings

Availbility: 23-30 hours per week, zero hour contract.
