What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional service.
• Educate customers about our products and baking traditions.
• Merchandise products and support marketing initiatives.
• Replenish and organize products in the storefront.
• Package products for customers.
• Handle retail transactions (cash, debit, credit) with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and support the baking team when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.

Working Conditions

• Standing for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

• Starting at $17.20/hour
