Job Summary: We're seeking a Customer Care to join our retail apparel team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and fostering long-term customer relationships. Additionally, you will reach out to potential customers via phone, introduce them to our apparel collections, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve products and services.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales effectively.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
• Female candidates are preferable.
