We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at The French Table.
The restaurant opened its doors in 2008 and in the years that followed it has grown from strength to strength, quickly becoming recognized as one of Limerick’s best and most consistent restaurants by diners and critics alike. The French Table is located on the banks of the river Shannon in the heart of Limerick City.
The French Table is well known for its’ French traditional food. We source the very best local and seasonal produce from quality suppliers throughout the country. Our wine list consists of well-chosen French wine makers. Service is relaxed and friendly providing customers with an enjoyable dining experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Ideal candidate:
· Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant manager role
· Passionate about Food, Wine & Cocktails with excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and curious about the industry
· Warm, friendly personality with strong communication and leadership skills
· Customer focused
· Capable problem solver with the ability to adapt and manage various situations
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing Staff (including rosters)
· Managing reservations
· Liaising between restaurant and kitchen
· Staff training and development
· Outlining service techniques
· Greeting Customers, dealing with customer issues
· Ordering (beverages, napkins etc)
· Developing Cocktail Menu
· Managing HACCAP and cleaning schedules
· Continuous improvement

Specifics:
· Salary: Annual €36,500 plus tips
· Wednesday – Sunday avg 40 - 42 hours per week
· 20 days off per year plus bank holidays
