CUSTOMER CARE
TREVISO
Ci piacerebbe incontrare una risorsa con ottima organizzazione e predisposizione al problem solving… con tanta carica positiva.
In particolare, si occuperà, dopo adeguato periodo formativo, dell’assistenza al cliente; gestirà le telefonate in-bound e out-bound e le richieste specifiche ricevute tramite e-mail/sms/WhatsApp dai clienti. Vorremmo che sapesse ascoltare e risolvere le problematiche legate alla cura della clientela.
Farà riferimento al responsabile Customer Care con possibilità di crescita.
RICHIEDIAMO: Forte passione per la gestione dei clienti, ottima dialettica e capacità comunicative, ottima conoscenza del pc e di excel. Completa il profilo la precedente esperienza nel settore commerciale in aziende strutturate, anche se il tuo atteggiamento e la solarità non rendono la cosa indispensabile.
ORARIO DI LAVORO: Full -time
CONTRATTO: commisurato all’esperienza. Tempo determinato al fine dell’inserimento stabile in azienda.
