About Us:
Sun Shaper Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Solar EPC company committed to delivering clean and sustainable energy solutions. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and confident female telecallers to join our dynamic team in Lucknow.
Job Role:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for solar solutions.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and convincing manner.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
- Confident, polite, and result-oriented.
- Prior experience in telecalling will be an advantage (not mandatory).
