Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Problem Resolution:
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Data Management:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and handled with confidentiality.
- Service Excellence:
- Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
- Offer personalized solutions and build rapport with customers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
