- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Manage Digital Marketing Leads and Align to the team.
- Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with sales teams to track leads, conversions, and pipeline status
- Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Generate periodic reports on customer behavior, sales performance, and CRM metrics
- Support marketing campaigns through database management and targeted communication
- Improve customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management
- Train and guide team members on CRM usage and best practices
- Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and customer-centric approach
- Team management and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
