- #### Key Responsibilities:
- - **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- - **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- - **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- - **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and promote long-term loyalty.
- - **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback to provide insights for improving products and services.
- - **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- - **Database Management**: Accurately input and maintain customer data in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.
- - **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- - **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to inform management decisions and strategies.

- - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
