  • - **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • - **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and promote long-term loyalty.
  • - **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback to provide insights for improving products and services.
  • - **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • - **Database Management**: Accurately input and maintain customer data in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.
