Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, clearly and concisely
• Stay organized by documenting every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on in-person and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong communications skills required, as you will deal with customers on a daily basis.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
