Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding their contract, products, or services
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account details
- Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Document interactions and maintain records of customer requests and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other standard office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in customer service or related fields are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
