Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding their contract, products, or services
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account details
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Document interactions and maintain records of customer requests and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other standard office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in customer service or related fields are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
