Duties

• Greet customers professionally and assist them with inquiries regarding vehicle sales, repairs, and services
• Provide detailed information about automotive products, services, and repair options
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with technicians and sales staff to coordinate vehicle repairs and sales processes
• Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and service offerings
• Address customer concerns promptly, aiming to resolve issues effectively and foster long-term relationships

Requirements

• Prior dealership experience or automotive industry background is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Sales experience with a focus on upselling additional services or products
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
