Service Receptionist/Advisor required for front desk of dual franchise dealership, Hyundai and Nissan.

We are a busy family run dealership located in the centre of Navan with a very high throughput of service customers.

Your job will involve meeting and greeting customers, acting as the first point of contact for all service customers.

Responsible to Aftersales Manager.

Managing and booking of service appointments whilst maintaining efficient workshop loading

Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

Capturing all customer data and signatures at point of booking and CRM input, maintaining and collecting within GDPR compliance.

Liasing with parts department for ordered parts and backorder and updating customers.

Mechanical knowledge is not a pre requisite but previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Distributing jobs to technicians.

Processing invoices and explaining itemised bills.

Follow up calls with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction scores.

Inform and follow up with customers when a Vehicle Health Check (VHC) has been completed and securing authorisation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer handling and ideally 2 years experience within the motor trade.

Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced working environment.

Be courteous, focused and a good listener.

Good computer skills and previous experience of a DSM and CRM

A good communicator with interpersonal skills and a customer first mindset

Hold a full clean EU driving licence.
