Customer Service AdvisorAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries about orders, deliveries, and products. This is a busy and varied role where you’ll liaise with suppliers, depots, and internal teams to provide clear updates and resolve issues quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering customer calls and providing information on orders, deliveries, and products, or directing to the sales office where required.
  • Managing the deliveries inbox and assigning emails to the right team or individual.
  • Checking order ETAs with suppliers and keeping customers informed.
  • Updating customer contact details and ensuring suppliers receive and confirm any changes.
  • Advising depots and customers of any delivery issues.
  • Supporting customers with returns, damages, or incorrect orders (with escalation where necessary).
  • Assigning customer tickets in Freshdesk to the correct team or department.
  • Monitoring purchase orders with depots and following up to ensure fulfilment.
  • Responding to live chat queries and raising tickets for the phones, returns, or sales teams if needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling calls, emails, and live chat enquiries.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and escalating issues where needed.
  • Comfortable using customer service systems such as Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools.
  • Proven ability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.

High level of computer literacy, with experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €29,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
