Customer Service Representative (Remote) – DTF Shopify Shop

Location: Remote (Must be able to work Dallas, TX USA time: 8 AM – 5 PM)
Salary: Starting at $300/month

We are a growing Shopify store in Texas USA, specializing in high-quality Direct-To-Film (DTF) transfers and custom apparel. Our team is passionate about providing top-tier service and quality products to customers across the U.S.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and Shopify inbox
• Answer and handle customer phone calls in a polite, friendly, and clear manner
• Resolve order issues, shipping questions, return/refund requests
• Update customers on order status and tracking
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams when needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Provide friendly and helpful service that represents our brand positively

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Clear and neutral English accent for professional phone communication
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Basic computer skills (Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Experience with customer service or ecommerce platforms preferred
• Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
• Must be punctual and able to work from 8 AM – 5 PM CST (Dallas Time)
• Must be comfortable making and receiving customer calls

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

• Experience with Shopify admin panel
• Familiarity with DTF printing or custom apparel
• Knowledge of order management and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Pirate Ship)
• Canva or basic design editing experience

Compensation:

• Starting at $300/month (Performance-based raises available after 3 months)
• Paid time off after 6 months
• Work-from-home flexibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹33,261.14 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
