About the Role:

In this role, you will be the warm and welcoming face for our visitors, members, and patrons of Curtin Stadium. This role combines customer service, administration, and reception duties, where you will manage inquiries, support the membership team, and oversee bookings for internal and external areas of the stadium.

You’ll also help create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere while assisting with café operations and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. This is a perfect role for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a sport and recreation setting.

As an employed team member under the umbrella of Curtin Sport and Recreation, you are encouraged to utilise all the attractive services offered with a free gym membership to Curtin Stadium’s state-of-the-art sport and active recreation facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accurate and timely assistance
• Provide support for gym membership administration and assist the Membership Sales team.
• Manage booking systems for internal and external venue hires
• Act as the main point of contact for visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming environment
• Assist in café operations, including overseeing orders and ensuring stock is maintained
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow through on action items

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on administration, reception and/or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse customers.
• A friendly and approachable manner, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A passion for working in a sport and recreation environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and experience with booking or CRM systems is desirable
