Salary - ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month (based on experience and skills)

We’re hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team in Jaipur!
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in customer service. You’ll handle customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver outstanding support — helping customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (with valid certificates)
• Age: 18 – 30 years
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Fluent English required)
• Confident with a positive, customer-first attitude
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and patience
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and telephone handling skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions
• Resolve issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Stay updated on company policies, new offerings, and industry trends
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
