• Explain processes, answer questions, and guide customers through step-by-step solutions
• Update customer records and input call details accurately
• Follow company guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality support
• Troubleshoot basic issues using information and tools provided
• Work with supervisors and teammates to maintain service standards
• Stay organized and focused throughout steady call volumes

• Willingness to learn systems, procedures, and product information
