We are a Locally Owned Pet Store located in Brentwood Bay.
As a Full-Time Customer Service Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support to our Pet Parents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your core skills in communication and customer service will be essential in handling inquiries. Shift availability will include Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (with the possibility of the occasional Saturday.) You will be required to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Additional responsibilities include:
- Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS)
- Handling Cash
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Carry product for customers to their car
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 30 lbs (dry and frozen product)
- Assist in unloading orders
- Stock shelves in store and in storage area
- Open and/or close store
- Clean floor and other general store maintenance functions
- All other tasks as deemed necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
