About This Opportunity:
As a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, this role is designed to support our sales team and ultimately help our customers to achieve their dreams.
As a resourceful and proactive problem-solver, you will provide timely and professional responses to a range of differing customer requests. To enhance our customer’s experience, this role will oversee the sales pipeline, from processing applications and credit submissions, right through to working with our Sales Fulfilment team to ensure that contracts are processed and settled smoothly.
Our New Zealand office is located in Penrose, with free onsite parking available.
Your Role Will Include:
Increasing Capacity for the Sales Team: Take responsibility for managing customer queries, overseeing the sales pipeline, thereby allowing our sales team to focus more on strategic sales activities and business development opportunities.
Efficient Contract Management: Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure that contracts are processed and settled smoothly and efficiently, minimising delays and improving overall workflow.
Customer and Dealer Partner Support: Deliver professional and timely responses to all customer and dealer partner’s queries, adhering to agreed service standards and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong operational relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality operational support.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance our customer and dealer partner’s experience through process alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
2+ years’ experience in a B2B sales-oriented or sales support role.
Proven experience in administration or customer service.
Understanding of the finance and hospitality industries is highly regarded.
Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Be a resourceful, proactive and outgoing problem solver.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Effective written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with well-developed time management capabilities.
