Description:
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you're the go-to for customers and the internal champion for their needs. You will partner with Sales Representatives and our wider network to manage the quote-to-revenue process, ensuring every project runs smoothly, every delivery is on time, and every customer walks away impressed.
You will undertake a variety of activities including:
- Managing customer orders and queries; whether by phone, email, or in person with professionalism and care.
- Qualifying needs, negotiating expectations, and keeping customers informed about production and inventory.
- Creating quotes and following through to win business.
- Coordinating delivery details keeping everyone in the loop.
- Building strong relationships with project stakeholders and monitoring progress.

What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
