Sales Coordinator

At SELECTED, we are looking for an administrative Sales Coordinator with a great drive to join our team. You will play a central role in an international and results-oriented sales team, where the energy is high and we all focus on being the best business partner for our colleagues and customers.

YOUR DEPARTMENT
You will become part of a dedicated and high-energy sales department based at our headquarters in Brande. We are a team of 13 energetic colleagues in our Sales Support team, who work closely together across our markets. You will be supporting the North, West and Benelux regions and collaborating closely with sales colleagues based in Brande as well as in the markets you support

YOUR JOB
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure close cooperation with the sales teams and support them with various administrative and sales-related tasks. Through close dialogue and daily feedback, you ensure that our customers are supported, when it comes to handling orders, follow-ups on the product flow, preparation of statistics, etc., to make sure that we are the customers’ preferred partner. At all times, you ensure that any account or stakeholder feels confident in their cooperation with SELECTED.

More specifically, your work includes:

• Servicing and supporting SELECTEDs sales teams.
• Responsible for planning and following up on the daily tasks in close cooperation with the sales teams.
• Daily collaboration with our warehouse, logistics department and colleagues.
• Ensuring the best product flow and order handling by sharing key data.
• Follow-up and closing of our collections and order book management.
• Preparation of price lists, catalogues and sales material.
• Recognizing and seizing (sales) opportunities to grow the markets.
• Various ad hoc tasks.

YOUR PROFILE
You thrive in an administrative role that will challenge your ability to create structure and take responsibility, so it is important that you are action-oriented and not afraid to take initiative. You are service-oriented, base your decisions on good tradesmanship and know how to deliver results.
You are able to maintain a good overview in a busy working day and have a positive and service-minded attitude, even when you are managing multiple tasks at a time. It is important that you are good at establishing and developing relations and trust.

In addition, we are looking for the following specific qualifications:

• Experience from a position as Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Sales Backup or similar.
• Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office – most importantly Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English, other languages is an advantage.
