  • Salary range of $19-$25 per hour depending on experience

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Effectively manage incoming calls from clients
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Schedule & Communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our clients
  • Assign work orders based on priority to the available work force
  • Make customer follow-up calls
  • Go the extra mile to engage clients
  • Track advertising sources
  • Perform customer surveys
  • Assist with direct mail and various marketing efforts
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Applicants should have basic computer/typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with dispatch software such as Service Titan a plus but not required
  • This position requires a reliable, customer-oriented professional who can perform multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Establish effective professional relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to work remotely during off hours for on call phone coverage
  • Pass drug screening and background check
  • Reliable transportation to/from work
  • Each location is independently owned and operated.
