Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. This role requires fluency in both English & Tamil to effectively communicate with our multilingual clientele.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyse customer inquiries to provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when opportunities arise
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while assisting customers
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record-keeping
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
