Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. This role requires fluency in both English & Tamil to effectively communicate with our multilingual clientele.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Analyse customer inquiries to provide appropriate solutions
Upsell products or services to customers when opportunities arise
Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while assisting customers

Qualifications

Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
Strong data entry skills for accurate record-keeping
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
