Description:
What You Will Be Doing

  • Answer customer enquiries and provide product and pricing information.
  • Enter and manage orders, returns, credits, and warranty claims.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and backorders, keeping everyone informed.
  • Update customer records and sales data in our CRM and ERP systems.
  • Support the sales team with quotes, samples, and promotional materials.
  • Help out when things get busy; teamwork is key
Skills and Experiences:
What We Are Looking For

  • Strong admin and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail and time management.
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and clear communication style.
  • Experience using CRM systems (NetSuite is a bonus).
  • Confidence on the phone and in email communication.
  • Experience in construction or electrical industries is helpful, but not essential.
