About the Role

We are hiring experienced customer service professionals for a virtual, work-from-home position. You will handle customer queries, manage renewals, resolve issues, and maintain service excellence from your home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service and renewal-related calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain customer records
• Deliver high-quality service from a remote/WFH setup
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Skills

• Gujarati communication (mandatory)
• Hindi communication
• Good computer handling skills suitable for WFH

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Customer Service or Renewals
• HSC/12th Pass
• Age: 21–35 years
• Must be available for virtual interview rounds
• Must reside in Surat or Vapi for WFH hiring

Work Schedule (WFH – Day Shift)

• 10 AM to 7 PM
• 12 PM to 9 PM
• 1 rotational weekly off between Monday to Friday

Salary & Benefits
