Customer Service Representative:
Pete and Mac's Pet Resort in Lenexa, KS, powered by Best Friends Pet Care, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Representatives are our first points of contact with guests and are focused on building great relationships while providing "wow" service.
We are an Employee-Owned and operated company that is expanding, which provides many growth opportunities within the company. We currently have 70 locations nationwide and have been in business for 30 years.

Responsibilities:
- Animal handling
- Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours
- Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Scheduling
- File maintenance
- Data entry
Requirements:
- animal handling experience required
- flexible work hours
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills
- Timekeeping
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to utilize multi-line phone
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Display professional manner at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
