We're seeking a seasoned customer service professional with a knack for critical thinking, proficiency in Excel, and an unparalleled eye for detail. In this position, you'll be an integral part of our international and industrial Sales teams, providing exceptional support to both our valued customers and colleagues alike.

What will you be doing?

• Serve as the frontline responder to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly and effectively.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with our returning customers, becoming their go-to resource for any queries they may have.
• Dive into the heart of issues, employing your problem-solving skills to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Keep complete records of customer interactions, ensuring all concerns and feedback are logged and addressed comprehensively.
• Facilitate the quoting process and assist in coordinating international shipments, ensuring compliance and seamless delivery.

• A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
