Customer Service Representative

Walter & Wild is a New Zealand Food Manufacturing company with a substantial portfolio of iconic brands including Aunt Betty’s, Hubbards, I Love Food Co., Vitafresh, Vitasport, Greggs, Alfa One, Movenpick (NZ and AU), Killinchy Gold, NZ Natural, Zilch and Chateau.


We are seeking motivated a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and based at our Mangere site. Customer service is a very integral and important aspect of our business. This role is to process all customer orders and inquiries in a timely & efficient way and to provide ongoing support to the Finance and Supply Chain teams.


We’re looking for someone who is…

  • A strong understanding and experience with Export would be ideal
  • Enthusiastic and commit to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ensure all orders via our EDI system and E-Mail are processed accurately and within the cut off times.
  • Liaise with our Sales team to ensure correct pricing is applied to all orders.
  • Work alongside Freight Providers to achieve best possible outcome for the customer.
  • Ensure all Consumer feedback have been recorded and responded to in a timely manner and within the Escalation Guidelines.
  • Work alongside Quality Assurance team to ensure all Consumer and Customer feedback is accurately responded to.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in AX and Excel or similar
