Pallet Masters is a wooden pallet recycler that buys and sells 48"x40" wooden pallets in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are a mid sized family run business that values each of our employees input and we prefer to work as a team rather than a corporate hierarchy.

We are looking for a professional Customer Service Rep that will assist the Management Team by providing prompt and professional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone and email, managing order and pickup requests, and maintaining accurate customer and vendor records.

This position would report to our Seaford Delaware office location.

Salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 with benefits and Paid Vacation Time.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers and vendors by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Attract potential customers and vendors by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
• Enters customer and vendor orders and POs into our ERP system. (We have a specific email that customers and vendors will submit pickup/dropoff requests)
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products, services or opportunities to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. You will work closely with the Management Team to get an understanding of our products and services initially.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Our Logistics Coordinator is also someone that will be a part of your team to assist and collaborate.
