Customer Service Representative (CSR)

24/7, 365 days a year, we deliver a modern, accessible golf experience for players of all levels. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support in a
fast-paced environment. Position Overview:
The CSR is the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires strong English
communication skills, multitasking ability, and technical troubleshooting skills. You will manage
customer inquiries, assist with software and booking issues, and help monitor operations across
multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly customer support by phone and digital channels
- Troubleshoot software and booking issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Monitor CCTV and facility systems for security and operations
- Assist with simulator troubleshooting that can be resolved remotely or with guidance
- Maintain accurate records of issues and escalate concerns to head office
- Work closely with the operations team to improve customer experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-paced call center or customer service environment
- Strong multitasking and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy and confident using software platforms and digital tools
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure
- Must hold a valid Ontario driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation
- Golf knowledge is an asset but not required

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Experience:
- Call center: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Ontario Driver License (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
