What you will help us with

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers, primarily in German.

A selection of your daily activities
✅ Offering written support to customers (no calls).
✅ Guiding customers on the use of gift cards and gaming products.
✅ Assisting customers in navigating the digital world.
✅ Demonstrating patience and empathy, especially when customers are not tech-savvy.
✅ Effectively communicating complex digital issues in simple terms.
✅ Detecting fraud and identifying tampered documents to protect our customers.

What you bring to the table
✅ A service-oriented mindset
✅ Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
✅ Proficiency in written and spoken German
✅ Solid written and spoken English
✅ Flexibility to work varied hours, including one evening a week and one Saturday shift per month, with availability on Mondays
