We’re Hiring – Call Centre Executives / Customer Support Representatives
Location: Mohali (Phase 8)
CTC: Up to ₹5 – 6.5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Shift: Rotational shifts (including weekends)
Experience: Minimum 1 year (International Calling preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for skilled Customer Support Representatives to manage inbound customer interactions through voice, email, and chat channels. The role requires delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring process adherence and SLA compliance.
• Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats
✔ Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and accuracy
✔ Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
✔ Stay updated on products, tools, and processes
✔ Escalate complex issues as per defined escalation protocols
• Key Skills & Competencies
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Strong customer-centric and problem-solving mindset
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Working knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
✔ Flexible and adaptable to rotational work shifts
• Selection Criteria
✔ Minimum 1 year of BPO / Contact Center experience
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Graduate degree is mandatory
✔ Prior international or domestic inbound process experience preferred
✔ Must clear background verification and documentation compliance
