Customer Service/Admin Assistant

We are currently hiring a Full Time Customer Service/Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, design-focused environment and providing exceptional service to clients.

Hours 9.30am-6.00pm 5 days per week

Key responsibilities include

  • Greeting customers and offering a warm, professional showroom experience.
  • Manage phone & email enquiries.
  • Processing orders, invoices, and customer documentation
  • Coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers
  • Maintaining an organised and visually appealing showroom
  • Providing admin support to the sales and design team
  • Updating customer records and managing appointment schedules

About You:

Excellent communication and customer-care skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Confident using computers, email, and basic office software

Well-presented, friendly and professional

Previous experience in customer service or administration (interiors or retail environment a bonus)
