You’ll be first point of contact for our wide-ranging group of customers. Excellent phone and face to face manner is critical to the role.
Being well organised and with a high level of personal pride you will be key in communicating information through our business and out to customers.
What experience should you have?
By nature, you’ll like talking to people and have an outgoing and friendly personality. You’ll possess exceptional communication skills as well as the attention to detail required to work well in our team. If you don’t like talking to people on the phone and dealing directly with customers, this isn't the role for you. We need someone who’s happy to pick up the phone and respond to our customers’ requirements.
To be considered for this position you will need:
- A genuine interest in customer service and supporting a sales team.
- Previous experience in a sales support or B2B customer service role, preferably within aluminium or trade industries.
- To be articulate and enthusiastic about what we do.
- Excellent administration and computer skills.
Skills and experience:
- Can work in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised person and possess an attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
- The right person with the best attitude will be offered full time employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service for a large client base, processing new orders, existing orders, or general enquiries.
- Data entry for new orders.
- Being a problem solver and being able to fix issues quickly for our customers.
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Qualifications
This position requires:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
- Strong time management skills.
- Adaptability to show initiative to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Forrestdale, WA 6112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
