About this opportunity

As our Customer Solutions Team Leader, you’ll lead, coach and inspire the Customer Retention Team to deliver exceptional business outcomes for our customers and SilverChef.

You’ll take ownership of customer retention performance, ensuring your team delivers creative and effective “save” strategies across end-of-contract solutions, returns, payouts and upgrades. You’ll also handle complex customer needs, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and success.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:
Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve retention and save targets
Coach and empower your team to deliver personalised customer experiences
Drive strategies for end-of-contract solutions, upgrades, and renewals
Build strong internal partnerships to ensure operational excellence and growth
Manage complex customer needs with creativity and commercial acumen

What you’ll bring:
5+ years’ proven sales or relationship management experience
Inspirational leadership style with strong coaching and performance focus
Commercial mindset and sound decision-making ability
Understanding of finance or hospitality industries (advantageous)
A collaborative, “one team” mentality and approach
