Customer Success Associate – Domestic Process (PhonePe – MX/CX)

Job Overview

We’re hiring Customer Success Associates (Domestic Process) for PhonePe – MX/CX.
This role involves interacting with customers via voice support to resolve queries, handle concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. You’ll be the voice of PhonePe, ensuring every customer interaction is helpful and positive.

Salary

• Fresher: ₹23,000 CTC/month
• Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC/month

Shift Details

• 24/7 Rotational Shifts (6 days working, 1 weekly off)
• For Female Employees: 7 AM – 8 PM window

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced – Both Welcome

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service or telesales preferred
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain satisfaction levels
• Document call details and maintain accurate records in the system
• Follow company policies and ensure a high level of service quality
