Success Associate. He must not only be interested in building Brand Awarathon with customer

centricity but also exhibit the urge of making a difference in the sales technology space.

We are a first-of-its-kind AI-enabled, video role-play platform which ensures your sales teams make

the perfect pitch. Consistently.

Our proprietary AI trainer breaks down each element of the perfect sales pitch to provide actionable

feedback to reps, so that your company’s message is communicated consistently. From body

language to gestures to contextual speech intent, the software maps every key knowledge and skill

parameter. Robust, customizable reports help you identify critical gaps and improvement areas.

Since its launch, the Awarathon Platform has seen extensive usage by various trusted brands

(including Dr. Reddy's, Glenmark, Bajaj Housing Finance, Sun-pharma, IPCA, Mankind, OPPO

Phones, etc.).

Our clients have on an average seen (1) up to 40% reduction in new hire onboard time (2) up to 60%

reduction in training cost (3) substantial increase in sales, since the regular usage of our platform.

Job Responsibilities:

We have opening for 2 positions Associate & Senior Associate

Freshers are most welcome.
Candidate with min 3 years of experience.

Builds market position by researching, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing busi-ness relation-ships.

Key Responsibilities

 Liaise with back-end teams/systems to ensure timely and accurate receipt of data.

 Ensure timely renewal intimation to all stakeholders (internal/external).

 Research on markets and industries in which we can make our presence.

 Effective negotiation and persuasion to safeguard the identified revenue base.

 Offerings value added propositions by means of upsell and cross sell across the offering.

 Ensure running of successful POC.

 Follow through to closure, the renewal order process with the customer in conjunction with

backend support teams.

Requirement

 0-3 years (or plus) of experience in business development

 Minimum requirement – graduate in B.COM/M.COM/MBA in Marketing or equivalent

 Strong in client connection and client services

 Ability to create comprehensive presentations to pitch to clients

 Excellent interpersonal, good communication skills in English

 Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure

 A passion for Business development and a drive to succeed

Location: Mumbai
CTC (Annual): 3-5L
