Role: Customer Success ExecutiveExperience:Freshers welcome
Location: Hybrid (Work from office twice a week)
Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA fixed + up to ₹1.2 LPA incentives
What you’ll do:- Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth experience- Contribute to revenue through upselling/cross-selling (approx. 50% sales role)- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processesWhat we’re looking for:- Strong communication skills- Comfort with both customer handling and sales conversations- Ownership mindset- Willingness to learn and growIf you enjoy interacting with people and have a knack for sales, this role gives you the best of both worlds.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹370,138.12 - ₹685,016.12 per year
