As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, helping people find the right vehicle subscription while delivering an experience that keeps them coming back.
You’ll combine customer service, relationship building, and sales skills to guide customers from enquiry to subscription, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Guide customers through their vehicle subscription journey from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
- Convert qualified leads into active subscriptions by understanding customer needs and recommending the right solution.
- Manage customer communications throughout the subscription lifecycle, including handovers, renewals, and returns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and positive reviews.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, customer success, inbound sales, contact centre, or subscription-based environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working towards service and conversion targets.
- High attention to detail and confidence using CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Automotive, vehicle subscription, mobility, or rental industry experience is highly regarded.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (preferred).
What’s In It For You?
- On-target earnings of $75,000 – $85,000 per year
- Fully Maintained Vehicle, Fuel Card and Toll Tag (T&Cs apply)
