The Customer Support partner is responsible for ensuring excellent customers’ welcome and continuous support to our customers within the Roastery, contributing to a legendary Roastery experience. The role combines operational support and focuses on customer connection, assistance, and lobby support.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, offering immediate support and guidance within the store, from queuing before they enter the Roastery to concierge and all along their journey at the Roastery.
- Engage with customers waiting outside of the Roastery, delivering sampling of coffees when approved by managers, interacting with them offering information and guidance about waiting time, orientation inside the store, portfolio of products, beverages and experiences; engage with customers when they wait for their beverages inside the store, ensuring their experience is a premium experience they will advocate about once they’ll leave the store.
- Welcome customers at the main door, with warmth and pride; respond to customers’ questions, concerns, or requests, offering quick and personalized solutions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in Roastery areas, ensuring the tables are clean and tidy, position of furniture is restored after customers leave, and dirty tableware inside and outside the store are timely removed, monitoring areas of the Roastery with regularity and within defined KPIs, engaging with customers for the second service, and facilitating their overall experience.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front office, customer reception, concierge, or customer service roles (preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer-oriented approach.
- Good command of the English language.
- Flexibility and excellent teamworking skillset.
- Professional demeanor and composure under pressure, agility even in high-volume situations.

Pay: €20,000.00 - €22,000.00 per year
