We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our sales team.

You will work closely with both the sales and customer service teams to assist in sales processes and help resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in both customer service and sales, with a focus on building long-lasting customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
  • Assist customers with product questions, pricing inquiries and status updates.
  • Support the sales team by managing customer orders, processing returns and preparing sales reports.
  • Build rapport with customers by providing excellent service, addressing concerns and ensuring follow-up on any open issues.
  • Assist in maintaining and organising sales documents, customer communication records and related materials.
  • Help coordinate meetings and communications between the sales team and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Any Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or no prior experience are welcome to apply. (Training will be provided).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Gmail) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales and customer support environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to support the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
