Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our US process. This is a blended role (Voice + Non-Voice) where you will handle customer interactions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy.
- Assist customers with product/service information and order-related support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills: Fluent communication skills in English (verbal & written) are mandatory.
- Work Environment: Comfortable with night shifts (US timings).
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Additional: ₹5,000 Travel Allowance (TA)
- Working Days: 5.5 days/week (as per US shift requirements)
