Job Summary: Clogic Softtech is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers through telecalling.

The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve basic issues, follow up with leads, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls. - Explain Clogic Softtech's software products, services, and training programs. - Assist customers with queries, registrations, and basic technical support. - Follow up with leads and existing customers. - Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required. - Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel. - Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team. - Achieve daily calling and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements - 12th Pass / Graduate. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets). - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
