Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and visitors through effective communication.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and front-office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in customer service or front-office roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Well-groomed, pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
