- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective customers, follow up on leads, and pitch company offerings.
- Direct Sales & Upselling: Persuade clients to buy products, renew subscriptions, or upgrade current plans.
- Order Processing: Record purchases, update billing details, and manage customer accounts accurately.
- Objection Handling & Support: Answer product questions, resolve complaints, and maintain a calm, resilient attitude under pressure.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Log call outcomes, track sales pipelines, and update customer databases daily.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
