Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Female)
Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Full-time (Office-based)
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing team at Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or records
- Follow up with interested customers and close deals
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
