About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Telesales / Business Development Executive who can connect with business owners and senior decision-makers, understand their business and employee-development challenges, identify qualified opportunities, and book high-quality discovery calls for the Clonex sales team.
This is not a traditional telecalling job where the objective is simply to make a large number of calls.
The objective is:
Find the right business → Have a meaningful conversation → Discover the problem → Qualify the opportunity → Book a meeting.
You will be working directly with business owners, founders, CEOs, HR heads and sales leaders.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
