- Make outbound calls and handle incoming enquiries from prospective students and parents to promote SMART's training programmes.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, batch schedules, and admission procedures for programmes such as TNPSC, SSC, Banking, RRB, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, NIFT, CLAT, and NID.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds and career aspirations, and recommend suitable training programmes.
- Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups, address enquiries, handle objections, and convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain and update student enquiry databases, call records, follow-up status, and admission details.
- Achieve assigned calling and admission targets while coordinating with the marketing and academic teams to support student enrolment activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
