Summary

'Damage Insurance Broker' position based in Canadat involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable damage insurance solutions. This role is vital in helping us deliver exceptional service aligned with our commitment to client protection and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking damage insurance.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs related to damages.
• Present tailored damage insurance policies and explain coverage options..
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to ensure accurate policy issuance.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and new products.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy details.
• Qualifications
• Licensing in damage insurance in Quebec and or a RIBO license
• commercial lines experience a PLUS
• Experience using broker management system specifically Applied Epic a strong PLUS
• Proven experience insurance sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$113,086.70 per year
